Dana Andreski – Administrator
Dana has been working in the healthcare industry since 1995. While earning her degree in Psychology with a minor in Gerontology she was employed as a resident aide in an assisted living residence. After graduation, Dana obtained her Nurses Aide Certification and held a lead training position in a nursing home in Colorado Springs. Since coming to Denver, she has steadily grown in her positions at Generations at Lowry, beginning in a medication-administration position in 2002 up to her current position as the Assistant Administrator. Dana received her certificate to operate an Assisted Living Residence in 2006. Her goal is to earn a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration.

Dana grew up in a military family and has resided in many areas of the country. She spends most of her time hiking in the mountains, playing tennis and enjoying all the entertainment that downtown Denver has to offer.

 Robin Knisley – Director of Resident Services
Spanning a 31-year career, Robin is well versed in the long-term care industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Regis University, Robin has done everything from book-keeping to medical records to marketing. 

Robin has also been a Nursing Home Administrator. Regardless of her position, she has a passion for working with and caring for the elderly. As the Director of Resident Services, she oversees the quality of care that is provided to our residents, and she is responsible for the training and on going education of the Resident Service staff.

When she is not working, Robin can be found snow shoeing or hiking.

Lauri Jennings – Director of Business Services/Human Resources
As the Director of Business Services and Human Resources for the residents and staff of Generations at Lowry, Lauri oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, workman's compensation and Medicaid programs. She brings 20 years of progressive experience in the administration and compliance of multiple federal, state and local statutes. Her dedication to the effective management of programs that are mutually beneficial and supportive to everyone at Generations are reflected in her professional work ethic and integrity. In facing the many challenges of her responsibilities, she is viewed as a compassionate but fair decision maker with sharp negotiation and conflict management skills.

When she is not involved with activities like fishing with the residents of Generations, she can be found with her husband Jeff, cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, gardening, camping or riding their Harley in the spare time that life affords them.

Danuel Smith – Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services
Danuel has over 15 years of experience in the long-term care industry including nursing homes and assisted living residences.He began his career at Generations at Lowry in 2002 as Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services. Danuel also holds a Medical Assistant Certificate from Concord Career Institute.

Danuel comes from a large family, and is now busy raising his children, his son Danuel Jr. and daughter Jaida. Lisa Case Director of Community Relations
Starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a hospital in 1987, Lisa has been in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years. She worked in many different fields of the health care industry such as orthopedics, med-surge, hemo-dialysis, and hospice. During her years in the different fields she fell in love with seniors. Lisa began her career at Generations at Lowry in 2005 as the Director of Marketing.

Lisa enjoys spending her free time with her husband Rob and daughter Chelsey. When she is not rooting on the Bronco's she is skiing or spending time with friends.

Rick Medina - Director of Dining Services
Rick joined the Marine Corp. right out of high school and spent six years serving our country. He began his food career in 1984 at the Fairmont Hotel on 17th and Welton, as a baker. In the seven years he worked there, the hotel went from the Fairmont to the Hyatt Regency of Denver. In 1986 he became the Pastry Chef. Rick left the hotel environment in 1991 to become the Pastry Chef at the National Jewish Center. In his seven year tenor there he advanced to the position of Kitchen Supervisor. He enjoyed the health care field and realized he had found his niche. He had left NJC to broaden his culinary experiences.
 
Rick worked at Children's Hospital and went to school to receive his certification as a Dietary Manager, and then a degree in the field of nutrition. He then turned to the long term care field to utilize his education for seniors. Rick began his career with Generations at Lowry in 2008.

Rick and his wife Cathy have been married since 1983, and have four beautiful daughters, and one grandson. He enjoys spending time with his family going to Jackson and fishing, and working on old cars an trucks in his spare time.

Susan Whytock – Director of Life Enrichment
Susan began her career working with seniors as the manager of a manufactured housing community for seniors. She enjoyed her work so much that she pursued a job as an activity assistant in an assisted living residence. She is now a Certified Activity Director, and her passion for doing this has now spanned more than 20 years. Susan is a member of the Colorado Activity Professional Association. She has held offices in the Denver Metro Chapter and served on the State Executive Board. Susan began her career at Generations at Lowry in 2002. Susan presented her session called "Spend Some Time in MY World" at the CAPA State Conference twice and was invited to present it at the National Association of Activity Professionals Confrence.

She is currently taking weekly Sign Language classes to better communicate with our deaf residents. She then brings her knowledge to Generations to teach other staff and residents who are interested in learning. She continues to dedicate herself to developing the senior activity program at Generations. 

Susan and her husband Bob, have been married since 1976. They enjoy spending time together, being in the mountains, camping and spending time with family.

Wayne Harts Director of Plant Operations
Wayne holds an HVAC Level II degree from Pickens Trade School. He has worked in the long-term care industry for over 25 years as the Maintenance Director for both skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Wayne began his career at Generations at Lowry in 2001. He keeps the facility running smoothly and enjoys working with the residents.

In his free time he enjoys supporting the Bronco's, bowling, playing pool and going swimming with his daughter Tiara.

Mary Beth Bieker – Owner and Executive Director
Mary Beth has over 23 years of experience working in the long-term care industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Colorado and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Systems and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Healthcare Ethics from the University of Denver. She began her career as a Certified Nurses’ Aide in Kansas and fell in love with working with seniors. Mary Beth is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator as well as certified to operate an Assisted Living Residence.

As the owner of Generations At Lowry, Mary Beth has fulfilled a long-time dream of starting her own company in January 2002. She is dedicated to the creation of a unique community which focuses on both employee and resident well-being. Mary Beth is also the Executive Director for Generations at Home, a home  health agency. When not at work, Mary Beth and her husband, David can be found at the volleyball court with their daughter Abby or on the soccer field with their daughter Katelyn.
